2nd Annual Tri-Tip Cook-Off

Come over to Eager Park immediately following the Imperial Fair Parade for a day of music, classic cars, farmers market and BBQ smoke as teams compete for the title of Tri-Tip Champion! Attendees will get a chance to sample the best of the best tri-tip that the Valley has to offer and vote for the People’s Choice winner!

Tri-Tip Cook-Off Contestant Registration Deadline is February 1st, 2013.
