Dinner/ Auction for Kofa Wrestling Team

Get your tickets for a night of dining and live auction to benefit the Kofa Wrestling Teams efforts to raise funds for equipment and travel expenses. Steiner's European Deli & Market, 2630 S. 4th Ave, Yuma, AZ., 85364, is hosting a special dinner exclusively for the Kofa Wrestling Team on Sunday, October 21st, 2012, from 5pm to 7pm. Dinner will start with a spring salad, followed by a main course meal of Schnitzle (hand tenderized and breaded meat, pan fried) with your choice of meat between beef, pork, or chicken, and side dishes of red kraut (red cabbage cooked with bacon and granny apples in a sweet and sour vinegar seasoning) and spaetzle noodles (German egg noodles) all made fresh from scratch. All meals will include wine provided by the Kofa Wrestling team as well as Pepsi products, hot and cold Tea, and Coffee, and water. While dining, guests will have the opportunity to bid on several packages donated by various organizations. Dinner tickets cost $25 per person and can only be purchased by the Kofa Wrestling Team and their coach.
