12th Annual Cut-A-Thon

The Cutting Edge salon in Blythe, CA will be holding its 12th annual cut-a-thon on October 6, 2012 from 8am-12pm. The event began in 2001 to help families of september 11 victims. we continued on each year with different charities and organizations benefitting from it. Through the years, we have raised about $25000 altogether.  There has always been a cut-a-thon and bake sale, and in 2004 we added a car wash. Proceeds from the event will go to our local cancer resource center and the wounded warrior project. The husband of one of our stylists  has run the carwash every year for us and he is an ex marine and chose the wounded warrior project this year as one of our  beneficiaries.  Please help us get the word out to the community about this wonderful event. Haircuts are $15, we have a huge food sale and car wash.  ALL of the money goes back to the community to help others in need.
