DETROIT - Ford Motor Company announced Monday that will once again be selling vehicles in the U.S. with the names Ranger and Bronco.
The Ranger has been in production for several years in foreign markets, but it left the U.S. market several years ago.
The new Ranger is expected to be a mid-size pick-up truck and Ford leaders say production will start in late 2018 as a 2019 model.
The Bronco is also coming back, this time in the form of a midsize utility vehicle. The Bronco is expected to go on sale in 2020.
Ford announced that both vehicles will be made in Michigan. However, no concepts or initial renderings were presented.
