Yuma, Ariz. - Two suspects have been caught for reportedly breaking into several businesses at a popular taco shop area off of Pacific Avenue and 16th Street.
Those burglaries caught on camera. The two men, one a 17-year-old teen and the other 18-year-old, Justice Christian Donnelly, allegedly stealing money amongst other things.
Donnelly is facing ten counts of burglary, ten counts possession of burglary tools, and five counts of car theft. As for the 17-year-old teen his name and charges have not been released.
Business owner Ramon Gutierrez said the arrests were made in less than 24 hours with the help of the community.
“Thanks to social media and thank you to all the clients of taco monster. All the beautiful people that come and eat. We work hard for this and it’s not fair. It’s not fair that someone comes and takes away your handwork," said owner of Taco Monster Ramon Gutierrez.
Another business said these burglaries significantly impacted their daily operation and made a big impact on their losses.
The Yuma County Sheriffs Office said the case is under investigation and possible additional charges are coming.
Donnelley’s bond is set at $75,000 and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Friday.
