Local suspected flasher linked to four cases

YUMA, Ariz. - Yuma Police Department officers arrested a man for the second time in a week suspected of exposing himself to teenage girls in four separate occasions.

Dwight Raley, 63, was arrested on Wednesday at around 7:34 p.m.

Officers say the first reported incident was the morning of December 2, 2016. A 15-year-old Yuma High School student was walking in the area of Sixth Avenue and Sixth Street. Raley allegedly exposed himself to her from inside a car.

The second incident was the morning of May 2. Raley was allegedly sitting in a car and exposed himself to a 13-year-old girl in the area of Dora Avenue and 19th Street near Centennial Middle School, according to YPD officers.

The third incident was reported the evening of February 25. A 12-year-old girl said Raley allegedly asked her an inappropriate question, sexual in nature, while she was at the Cibola Athletic Complex. The girl reported Raley had driven by her slowly many times as she walked in the area of 4100 W. 20th Street before asking her the question.

Earlier this week Raley was arrested after he allegedly made sexual gestures at three teenage girls outside of Target.

Raley was booked for public sexual indecency with a minor under 15, indecent exposure with a victim under 15 and disorderly conduct. He is being held on a $40,000 bond according to jail officials.
