Yuma Catholic boys soccer keeps rolling!

Shamrocks dominate their latest opponent

YUMA, Ariz. - The Yuma Catholic boys soccer team is keeping it's "red hot" pace going, not losing a game since winning the 3A state title last winter.

The Shamrocks go into their contest against Arizona Lutheran Academy with an unbeaten 6-0 record; as head coach Ralph Evans cautioned his squad to play their best match of the season.

They didn't disappoint.

Within the first 15 minutes of the game, the Rocks were dialing in goals in rapid succession.

Ramon Urbano and Eluterio Gutierrez combined for more than half of the goal output for YC, as each player punched in 4 goals in the match.

6 other Shamrocks also contributed in the scoring barrage, including 5 assists on the afternoon by David Castanon.

YC will take a 2-game road trip next week, as they continue section play against Phoenix Christian and Bourgade Catholic.
