YUMA, Ariz. - The Yuma Police Department is searching for the suspect involved in the attempted homicide that happened on South Walnut Avenue at around 2:26 a.m. Monday.
Initial investigation revealed that a 30-year-old man was shot while in the 2200 block of Walnut Avenue. The victim was transported to the Yuma Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The shooter was described as a younger male, wearing a gray hoodie and dark jeans.
The case is still under investigation.
