Border Patrol agents responded to a call for assistance from the La Paz County Sheriff's Office and the Department of Public Safety in attempt to track down the suspect involved in an earlier shooting.

Phoenix police identified the suspect as 36-year-old Sladjan Petkovic and said Petkovic had an ongoing dispute with a man fatally shot Monday evening, 45-year-old Stephen Arvallo.
