YUMA, Ariz. - Yuma Mayor Douglas Nicholls will be meeting with President Donald Trump in Washington, D.C. Wednesday.
According to city officials, Mayor Nicholls will be meeting with President Trump at 1 p.m. MST.
The mayor posted on his Facebook page that he is currently in Washington D.C.
Hamm Consulting Group's Ron Hamm, who serves as the City of Yuma's consulting group, tweeted Wednesday thanking the United States Department of Transportation for meeting with Mayor Nicholl to discuss Yuma's Multimodal Transportation Center, other regional infrastructure projects, and potential Trump administration infrastructure plan.
Mayor Nicholls is expected to give us the details of his visit when he returns.
