U.S. Border Patrol Shooting Update
We have an update in the shooting death of 30-year-old Border Patrol Agent Robert Rosas from El Centro. Undercover federal agents in the San Francisco Bay area have taken 3 suspects into custody in connection with the murder.
The arrests happened early Friday evening at O'Connor Hospital in San Jose.
A Bay area television station reports agents with the Department of Homeland Security swarmed the hospital before arresting 2 men and 1 woman.
Authorities say a cell phone ping led them to the suspects.
