The trial is underway for the Imperial Valley father and son accused of killing a member of their own family.

Guillermo Regalado, Sr. and Guillermo Regalado, Jr. both stand accused of murder in the death of Javier Garcia.

Wednesday, Regalado Sr.'s brother-in-law testified that he actually saw the killing happen. The defense asked if he had called police after, but he replied, "No." The witness claimed to be just a few dozen feet from where Garcia was shot and killed.

More testimony is expected next week.
