Diamondbacks Lose Season Finale
In the rubber match of a three game series with Colorado and the last game of the 2012 season, the Arizona Diamondbacks come up short again for the last time.
After a slow start, A.J. Pollack takes a fly ball to the left field seats. His solo homerun would give the snakes a 1 to 0 lead. After the Rockies gain 2 runs in the following inning, they would protect their one run lead to the very end.
Diamondback standout Aaron Hill would line out to left for the final out of the game. The rockies end the season on a positive note at the snakes expense, 2-1.
