Arizona Western College, along with the Caballeros de Yuma and the Matador Athletic Association announced the match-up to this year's El Toro Bowl in a press conference held Tuesday afternoon.

AWC Athletic Director Jerry Smith announced that the #12 Matadors will face the 6th ranked Nassau Community College team out of New York state. Matadors football is looking to end their season on a strong note. If they can win the El Toro Bowl, they can finish the year in the top ten of the NJCAA and win their first bowl game since their national championship win back in 1972.

Just as important, the Mats are trying to get their first bowl win in four tries under the helm of head coach Tom Minnick. The El Toro Bowl is set for Saturday, December 1st at Veteran's Memorial Stadium.
