The Lady Kings staunch full court defense stalled Gila Ridge's offense, as early turnovers translated into fast break points for Kofa. The Lady Kings didn't look back, grabbing a 62 to 43 win in the first game of the season for both teams. Kofa's Jacky Fuentes and Jasmine Ortiz combined to score more than half of the Lady Kings points; scoring 20 and 12 points respectively.
