The Gila Ridge Hawks boys basketball team took their show on the road in San Luis where the Sidewinders challenged the team with their brand of physical play.

Led by the 21 points scored by Marcus Weeks, the Hawks were able to pull away and eventually beat the Sidewinders by 23 points. Weeks also had 5 steals on the night. Gila Ridge's Parker Rodriguez also contributed 9 rebounds in the win. The final score was 45 to 22.
