Mexican-American Singer Dies in Plane Crash

The wreckage of a small plane carrying Mexican-American music superstar Jenni Rivera was found in Northern Mexico today and authorities say there were no survivors.
The plane, carrying six other people was found just outside Monterrey, Mexico where the singer who has sold 15 million records had just given a concert. Officials say the impact was so powerful that the remains of the plane are scattered over an area of 250 to 300 meters.
Rivera's family said they were in mourning and Rivera's brother will travel to Mexico tomorrow to identify her remains. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
