The Kofa Kings know how to defend their home pitch. They haven't lost a home game in three seasons. They went into their first season match against San Luis unbeaten at 5 and 0.

Meanwhile, the other region soccer powerhouse San Luis Sidewinders also haven't lost either. Something was going to give in this one!

Even though the Kings dominated much of the game with time of possession and shots on goal, they didn't get the advantage where it counted; on the scoreboard. San Luis was called for 19 penalties in the game against Kofa. Whether or not it was intended to slow down the Kings attack, Kofa couldn't get into enough rhythm to score any points.

Meanwhile, the Sidewinders made the most of their opportunities, scoring the games' first goal on a penalty kick caused by a controversial hand ball call against Kofa. The Sidewinders would pick another score up later in the contest to win 2-0.

San Luis improves their record to 5-0 going into Christmas break. Meanwhile, the Kings fall to 5-1 and are looking forward to the late season rematch.
