The oldest of the accusers took the stand and many times it was a tearful testimony trying to get through the questions that were being asked of her.

She claims she was five when Johnnie Swaim allegedly molested her.

She’s now 20. Her identity as well as the second accuser can’t be revealed because they were minors when the acts allegedly took place.

Swaim is charged with four counts of lewd and lascivious acts and oral copulation on two different underaged girls.

It came out in her testimony that the second accuser is her younger sister.

The prosecution tried to prove that these acts didn’t take place and that the two sisters lied about what happened because throughout the years they recanted on their stories.

Swaim was a California Highway Patrol lieutenant and commander and worked out of the Winterhaven CHP office. He was let go in December of 2011.

Reports say he was also acquitted in the 1990's for similar charges.

Testimony will continue with the first accuser and the second accuser is also scheduled to take the stand Wednesday.
