The 35-year-old grandmother of a boy who accidentally shot himself dead with her gun in March appeared back in court this morning.
Rachel Spry appeared in court for a case management hearing.
She is being held on four felony charges, including reckless manslaughter, possession of a dangerous drug and drug paraphernalia, as well as the possession or use of a weapon in a drug offense.
In March, Spry was with her young grandson when he got a hold of her gun from her purse while she was in the bathroom, accidentally shooting himself.
State prosecutors requested and were granted more time to review evidence in her case.
She is scheduled to appear back in court for a final management conference next month.
