YUMA, Ariz. - Power has been restored following a power outage that was reported on Friday afternoon that affected 3,500 customers, according to APS officials.
APS crews were working on planned maintenance and found faulted cables that caused the power outage.
Over 3,500 people are without power following an outage that was reported Friday.
Power outages are due to service interruptions to a major power line, this is according to the APS outage map.
The areas affected include 12th Street to 12th Place and Haupt Avenue to Portal Drive. APS crews are currently working to restore power.
Estimated restoration time is set for 4:30 p.m., according to the APS website.
